We Pick Them Up

When you're done unpacking, schedule a pickup. We come collect the empty totes — no drop-off needed.

Terms & Conditions

Equipment Responsibility

Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented totes and equipment from the time of delivery until pickup is completed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.

Damage or Loss

Customer agrees to the following replacement costs:

Tote (bin + lid): $10 each
Dolly: $100 each

Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the card on file.

Late Returns

Equipment not ready for pickup on the scheduled date may result in additional charges: $5 per day or $35 per week (at company discretion).

Pickup Access

Customer agrees to ensure all rented items are empty, accessible, and ready for pickup on the scheduled date. If items are not accessible, additional fees may apply.

Proper Use

Totes may NOT be used for:

Hazardous materials
Liquids without proper sealing
Illegal or damaging contents

Customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Liability

Coweta Tote Rentals is not liable for injury resulting from use of equipment or damage to personal property during use. Customer assumes all risk associated with use.

Condition Acknowledgment

By signing, customer acknowledges that all items are delivered in clean and usable condition.

Changes / Extensions

If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us prior to your pickup date. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
